Description
This is Jepngetich Salma from Toror in Soy North ward.
She finished form four in 2023 scoring B- in KCSE. She was to join Lukenya University but because of school fees she didn't join. She applied for KMTC this year but could not join coz of school fees.
On my development tour of the area, she asked me to help her. Today she joins Kapenguria KMTC. I will sort her school fees till she clears college
